ATA's New Year Savings

INDIANAPOLIS, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Want to get away? ATA (American Trans Air, Inc.) announced today a 2001 Sale for anyone who wants a little rest and relaxation after the hectic holiday rush. Those who purchase their tickets by January 16, 2001, will be able to take advantage of great low fares -- some as low as $59* each way. Fares are based on round-trip, 7-day advance purchase, and are applicable for travel through June 8, 2001, except as noted.

"Reducing fares is a way to say 'Happy Holidays' to our customers," said Rick Larsen, ATA's Vice President of Marketing. "What better time of year to provide extra savings and what better way to say 'Thanks for your business.'" Reduced fares are available in many of ATA's markets, including the Midwest markets served by Chicago Express, doing business as the ATA Connection. Here are a few examples of one-way, off-peak sale fares:

There is an additional bonus for people traveling from Chicago or Indianapolis to several Florida cities between January 9 and February 15, 2001. To St. Petersburg, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, one-way, off-peak fares are only $59* during that period, and to Sarasota and Fort Myers, fares are only $89*.
