Midwest Express and Skyway Airlines Offer Reduced Fares for Travel January 15 Through September 30

MILWAUKEE, Dec. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Midwest Express Airlines and Skyway Airlines, The Midwest Express Connection, are offering reduced fares to select markets for travel January 15 through September 30, 2002. Fares will be available from Tuesday, January 1 through midnight Central time Friday, January 11, and must be purchased at least 14 days in advance of departure.

Fares are each way based on roundtrip purchase; valid for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (higher fares apply for travel Friday through Monday); and require a Friday- or Saturday-night stay. Sample base fares include:

In Milwaukee, tickets may also be purchased during business hours at the Midwest Express city ticket office located in the Midwest Express Center downtown.

Seats are limited and may not be available when booking. Fares are available for travel through September 30, 2002 -- excluding July 3-7 -- with a 14-day advance purchase. A Friday- or Saturday-night stay is required. Tickets are nonrefundable. A $75 service charge and possible fare increase apply to voluntary reservation changes. Travel must be completed no later than 30 days after first departure. Sample fares do not reflect $3-18 per person airport fees required at some airports or federal excise tax of $3 per takeoff and landing.
