Falmouth, MA

Falmouth, on Massachusetts' Cape Cod seashore, has been luring families back to its shores year after year. Falmouth offers some of the most beautiful warm-water beaches in the entire area. Falmouth Heights is great for families with teenagers who want to be near the action downtown and on the beach. The Buzzards Bay beaches (especially Wood Neck Beach) are good choices for families with toddlers seeking warm waters and protected coves for the little ones. Watch out for the horseflies during late July and early August, though, as parents have told us they can get particularly nasty in the Wood Neck Beach area. The mid-beach area on Surf Drive Beach is another good choice for parents with small children.
